White Asparagus from Les Landes (France), Case or bunch
Organically grown white asparagus from Les Landes region, South West of France.
Asparagus officinalis are growing in a sandy soil which is pushed by hand over the asparagus as it grows out of the ground. Hiding them from the sun make them keep their white color and avoid them from turning green.
Enjoy them warm or at room temperature with a strong mustard vinaigrette or hollandaise sauce. Steam or boil for 6 to 7 minutes until tender after peeling them.
