Tuber Melanosporum- Fresh Winter black “Périgord” truffles

Fresh winter black truffles are in season from Europe from December until March.  We currently receive them weekly from Sarríon, Spain. 
Shave on pasta or omelette. You can add these aromatic truffles on salads as well!

expect 1 to 2 truffles per 2oz order according to size available from our hunters friends. Ask us for the size you would prefer to receive and the origin info which we will gladly share.
