Tuber aestivum truffle or “summer truffle” (Spain), 2oz

Tuber aestivum is available from early June to mid july. Summer truffles are dark on the outside and light brown inside with a light aroma and notes of hazelnut. This truffle is best shaved on salads, pizza, pasta and is a good addition to any bbq meats and vegetables!
