“Burgundy” Tuber uncinatum Truffle (Europe)

Burgundy truffles are available early fall from September through December though seasons varies each year according to the forecast. Our truffles are sourced directly from hunters in France, Italy or Spain. 

Truffles can be easily used shaved over pasta, eggs or a salad after brushing them with a wet Brush (like a toothbrush!)
