These vanilla beans have anise, floral, spicy and fruity notes. They are produced using traditional methods in the tropical mountains of the Sepik province in Papua, New Guinea. They are coming from the vanilla Tahitensis flowers (originally from Tahiti). They are fully cured whole vanilla beans, black to dark brown, supple and plump and grated according to their length. Their size is above 13cm and as long as 15cm (5.2 to 5.9”) and sometimes we are lucky to receive from our suppliers beans up to 20cm!
