These vanilla beans have anise, floral, spicy and fruity notes. They are produced using traditional methods in the tropical mountains of the Sepik province in Papua, New Guinea. They are coming from the vanilla Tahitensis flowers (originally from Tahiti). They are fully cured whole vanilla beans, black to dark brown, supple. The shorter beans are slightly less plump than the longer beans we also sell. Their size is Shorter than 13cm (5.2”)
