Harvested near the Zagros mountains in South western Iran this lemon will add a hint of acidity to tagines stews, vegetable soups or home made ratatouille. Use it ground, whole or chopped (2 to 3 lemons serves 6). Added bonus for this delicious dried lemon; it can be easily be kept in an it tight container for several years.
